Van Cleave Place rents homesites by the month or leases them for longer periods.  Homesites run from $310 to $335 per month depending upon size and location of the homesite.   Included in the price we have:

• Municipal water and sewer services.
• Municipal individual garbage pick-up.
• Use of the community facilities.
• Excellent management and maintenance of the facilities.

Gas and electricity  are acquired by each resident from the Public Service Company of New Mexico.  Cable TV is available as well.  Residents deal directly with these companies for their services and Van Cleave Place does not receive any extra income from them.

Homesites are currently available.  There is also a list of homes available for sale by owners at the office.

You may locate them on the Van Cleave Place Map.  If you are interested in becoming a resident and leasing/renting one of the available homesites, contact us as listed below.
