Van Cleave Place Community House

Our community house is the social center of the community.  Residents may organize parties and dinners and have a nice facility to hold them.  We do not charge residents for the use of the community house.  The facilities include:

• A large great-room with a fireplace, a big-screen TV, a stereo, and furniture.
• A sun-porch with furniture and a Ping-Pong table.
• A beautifully landscaped back-yard.
• A billiards room.
• An exercise room.
• A kitchen.
• Men's and women's bathrooms with showers and handicapped access.
• Storage rooms with more tables and chairs for big events.
