About Van Cleave Place

Van Cleave Place is a 222 site manufactured home community in Albuquerque, New Mexico

We have a clubhouse, two grassy parks, a children's playground, adult and family living, and residents and employees who enjoy living in Van Cleave Place.

Our occupancy is always over 90% and we usually have a waiting list of prospective residents.

Van Cleave place is locally owned.  We are operated by people who live in the community.
